Facility Integrity Management Program Guidelines (IM-2-1)

This final report aims to provide an operator with the information necessary to develop and implement an effective FIMP utilizing proven industry practices and processes. The document also includes a process that can be used for prioritization of initial implementation of the FIMP process. The report applies to onshore pipeline facilities through which hydrocarbon products are processed, stored, compressed/pumped, and transported. Additionally, the report describes other similar process safety management programs may be used as an alternative approach to managing pipeline facility integrity.
