This document summarizes the definitions and processes related to the ‘traceable, verifiable, and complete’ (TVC) criteria in 49 CFR 192 as implemented by the participating pipeline operators. Participating pipeline operators provided details related to their implementation and understanding of the TVC process through written surveys, follow-up interviews and a workshop feedback meeting. The input from the operators was utilized to document both consensus implementation of TVC definitions and a unified TVC workflow.
