Previous project reports and a white paper provided background and analysis of pipeline blowdown data reported to under under Subpart W of the GHG Reporting Program. Pipeline blowdown data reported for the 2018 calendar year released by EPA in late 2019 were include in a June 2020 version of this white paper.
