With gracious support of Associate Member GE, the Inaugural Annual Pipeline Program Research Exchange Meeting will be held on January 22-24, 2007 at the GE Global Research Center in Niskayuna, New York. GE is providing the meeting venues and all meeting support for this important PRCI event, continuing the excellent support for PRCI they have provided since joining in 2004. Previously described as a "Technology Transfer Workshop", this coming together of PRCI technical representatives, Associate Members, Technical Program Associate Members, and key contractors will focus on the current status of the PRCI program, including emerging research results, the extension and enhancement of the current program, and potential research opportunities to address our research objectives and business drivers. The meetings and their outcomes will be used to initiate planning for the 2008 program by informing the 2008 Call for Issues. In addition to the opportunity presented for all PRCI project participants to come together to learn the "state of PRCI," this is also an excellent opportunity for PRCI Board members to get a comprehensive look at the important work being done in their research organization.
