Thomas Marlow, Program Manager, Design, Materials & Construction
Tom MarlowReplacing Max Toch who retired earlier this year, Tom Marlow joined PRCI as a Program Manager in the Design, Materials, and Construction (DMC) Technical Committee in May 2017. He has worked in the natural gas transportation and distribution industry for more than 30 years. He has experience in operations and maintenance, construction, project management, technical support, codes and standards, gas measurement, underground storage, and pipeline integrity management, He has served in management roles in asset management, distribution integrity, corrosion control and compliance. Tom earned a bachelor degree in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Management and is a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional. He is an active member of the Gas Piping Technology Committee.

 

John Lynk, Program Manager, Integrity & Inspection
John LynkThe newest member to the team as of this week, John Lynk joins PRCI as a Program Manager for the Integrity & Inspection (I&I) Technical Committee.  Previously, John worked in the drilling and research departments of ExxonMobil, and as a completions engineering consultant for Baker Hughes Reservoir Development Services. John is well-versed in the process of new technology research, development, implementation, and commercialization. He is a lead or named inventor on several patent grants and applications, in multiple sub-disciplines of petroleum and geotechnical engineering. John holds bachelors' degrees in environmental science and civil engineering from the Universities of Notre Dame and Illinois at Chicago, as well as a master's degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. John is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas.  John is located at the Technology Development Center in Houston.

Cristie Williams, Administrative Assistant
Cristie WilliamsCristie Williams joined PRCI in October as PRCI’s Administrative Assistant. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the Program Management staff to ensure efficient and effective project execution. Prior to joining PRCI, Williams spent 6 years as an experienced video field producer, production manager and live event stage manager. After studying at the Santa Fe University of Art and Design, in Santa Fe, NM, Williams became proficient in a variety of subjects including expertise on software programs such as Adobe Creative Suites, graphics, website design, current digital marketing trends and social media. She is also an award-winning stills photographer. Cristie is located at the Technology Development Center in Houston.

Hans Deeb, Manager, Facility Operations & Business Development - Technology Development Center
Hans DeebWhile not new to PRCI staff having served as a project manager since 2007, we are pleased to announce that Hans Deeb has taken on a new role at PRCI as the Manager of Facility Operations & Business Development at the Technology Development Center (TDC) in Houston. His responsibilities include facilitating the execution of balloted projects, managing non-ballot and 3rd party projects, maintaining the inventory of pipe samples, and marketing the TDC to maximize its utilization by the industry. Hans holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, College Park.
