The previous report on this project contained information on the effects of certain manufacturing variables on the strength and fracture toughness of laboratory line-pipe steel. Since the earlier report, additional steels and manufacturing variables have been investigated. This report presents the results obtained in 1963 and, where possible, brings all of the information gained about any one variable together. As in the previous work, most of the emphasis is on fracture toughness.
