Zoe Shall joined PRCI in January 2018 as Sr. Program Manager for the Integrity & Inspection and Underground Storage Committees before moving into the role of Executive Director, Business Development & Strategic Engagement. Prior to joining PRCI, Zoe spent 13 years at Northern Natural Gas, with the last eight of those as director of field operations for natural gas storage (underground and LNG). Her focus has been on operations and maintenance, regulatory and safety compliance, and the continuous improvement of integrity and reliability of underground and liquefied natural gas storage and delivery facilities. Prior to her mid-stream experience, Zoe spent an additional 12 years as a director of projects in commercial and industrial construction with a heavy emphasis on research facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University. Her operational experience combined with a long track record of successful project management makes her an ideal asset to PRCI's Executive Leadership team.
