This is a very important document with regard to the CP criteria for the pipeline industry and the continuing efforts by PRCI to coordinate our research results with NACE on the revisions to Standard Practice 0169. The results of the research were shared with NACE at the Corrosion Technology Week Conference in Orlando, FL in September 2010 and with the American Gas Association (AGA) Corrosion Control Committee at their Fall 2010 committee meeting in Columbus, OH.
Key Results The project provides a basis for the development of variable criteria that can be applied by pipeline operators to reflect the often dynamic operating and environmental conditions related to a pipeline system/segment. The Final Report is available for members on PRIME.
