In July 2012, Mark Piazza has been promoted to the position of Director of Pipeline Programs. He has earned this promotion through his leadership role in developing the industry's pipeline integrity roadmap, his implementation of non-traditional, high-impact research initiatives, and his stewardship of complex programs involving extensive member interaction. In this position, Mark assumes responsibility for the execution of the PRCI Pipeline R&D program, and will have the current pipeline staff of Max Toch, Hans Deeb and Carrie Greaney reporting directly to him. This will enhance our ability to provide a more integrated planning and execution approach to pipeline integrity R&D management, and facilitate coordination across the Technical Committees.
We have initiated a search for candidates to fill the now open position of Program Manager, Pipeline Operations & Integrity, which will also report to Mark and have responsibility for the O&I Technical Committee.
