PRCI's Pipeline Program will be hosting a Research Exchange Meeting on February 9-11, 2010 at the Georgia Tech University Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia. The primary goal of the meeting is to provide a forum that facilitates the deployment and exchange of important research results and outcomes for completed and select ongoing research among PRCI's Technical Committees and with our research partners and other stakeholders. In addition, the meeting will surface promising research ideas for consideration by member company attendees in the preparation of their submittals for the 2011 Ballot. The exchange also encourages the identification and prioritization of key research topical areas within the Pipeline Program, both existing and emerging, as well as identifying opportunities for ongoing collaboration with the federal government, related research organizations, and other industry stakeholders. The meeting has been structured to include two full days for technical presentations and project updates by PRCI research contractors, with general sessions to introduce the program, introduce key stakeholders and discuss the results of the research exchange. The program is being structured to offer opportunities to initiate discussions of research ideas for the 2011 ballot. A meeting announcement and preliminary agenda will be issued in the coming weeks. It will provide details on the tracks, research program areas and projects that will be included in the research exchange. Specific questions regarding the meeting should be directed to Max Toch, PRCI's Director of Pipeline Programs.
