PRCI members receive special rates & priority for utilizing the facility. We are continually working to expand our capabilities to meet the needs of the industry. STATE-OF-THE-ART PULL TEST FACILITY

24-inch, 16-inch & 12-inch pipe strings containing hundreds of fully characterized real & manufactured defects.
Main winch is capable of running consistent velocities from 1 mph to 11 mph while pulling over 40,000 lbs.
The 24-inch & 16-inch strings are equipped to run liquid tools.

LIQUID TEST LOOP

6-inch & 12-inch nominal pipe utilizing water as the liquid medium.
Variety of pipeline configurations ranging from easily piggable to "difficult to inspect."
Design incorporates the ability for continuous test cycles at a pressure of ANSI Class 150 (285 psi).

PIPE INVENTORY & WAREHOUSE

Over 20,000 square feet of indoor warehouse space to conduct testing, NDE evaluations & storage.
Access to over 1,300 pipe samples with various defect types & dimensions.
Third party pipe surface preparation, welding, cutting & moving services available upon request.

MEETING ROOMS

A large conference room accommodating up to 127 people & a small conference room accommodating up to 55 people.
Two large screens in each room for presentations.
Web conferencing systems with built-in ceiling speakers & microphones.
Quick access to pipe samples in the warehouse.
