This study was directed to develop improved design equations based on the most advanced current understanding of two phase flow. As described in this report, the research project consisted of three phases: 1) The development of a data bank of information representing the widest range of operating conditions; 2) The evaluation of existing correlations; and 3) the development of improved correlations for predicting pressure drop.
