Join the PRCI Measurement Technical Committee as they discuss research results regarding flow sensors for continuous monitoring and diagnostics for equipment efficiency monitoring.

Presenter:   Chris Mills, TUV SUD National Engineering Laboratory

Host:             Austin Sorensen, Williams

Moderator:   Angela Mallahan, PRCI

This webinar presents the findings of a study which reviewed existing and emerging sensors that could be installed as either retrofittable or non-retrofittable flow measurement equipment to gas compressors and liquids pumps.

The study identified fourteen sensors that could be installed as flow measurement equipment for compressors and pumps. Nine of the sensors were retrofittable and five were non-retrofittable.

The sensors were ranked with respect to four detailed Use Cases, and a preferred sensor was recommended for each Use Case.
