I am pleased to announce that Zoe Shall will be moving into the newly created role of Executive Director, Business Development & Strategic Engagement. She will be responsible for identifying opportunities to advance PRCI’s growth strategy, as well as developing and leveraging PRCI’s industry relationships. Since joining PRCI in 2018, Zoe has tirelessly sought to improve PRCI’s value for our members and the industry at large in her role as Sr. Program Manager for the Integrity & Inspection and Underground Storage Committees. This new position will build upon her passion and vision for PRCI and the energy pipeline industry.
Prior to joining PRCI, she spent 13 years at Northern Natural Gas, with the last eight of those as director of field operations for natural gas storage (underground and LNG). Her focus has been on operations and maintenance, regulatory and safety compliance, and the continuous improvement of integrity and reliability of underground and liquefied natural gas storage and delivery facilities. Prior to her midstream experience, Zoe spent an additional 12 years as a director of projects in commercial and industrial construction with a heavy emphasis on research facilities. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the California State Polytechnic University.
Her operational experience combined with a long track record of commitment and dedication to the energy industry makes her an ideal asset to the PRCI Executive Leadership team.
Please join me in congratulating Zoe!
